We need space to talk about what’s important to us, to give space to feel what’s really going on for us, and to explore what it is we genuinely desire. When we don’t, we can feel unseen, unheard, ‘not good enough’, not confident, and we lose trust in ourselves

So often we don't get that space, for one reason or another. 

This coaching is creating that space for you. I will hold the space for you. You show up with whatever is on your heart right now. 

The session will do the rest.

    Your wisdom will guide you intuitively toward the best next steps. I’ll also support you with additional resources and suggestions where appropriate.

FAQs

how many sessions do I need?

While you can experience results after just one session, I recommend at least 3-4 to really get into the sensitivity of your body, and connect with your flow.

What should I expect?

The beauty of working with the experience and wisdom of the body is that she often holds secrets we’re not consciously aware of, until we allow space and time. That being said, my suggestion is to enter a session with an open mind and a willingness to witness what your body has for you today. All is welcome.

How long are sessions?

Typically around an hour, but I like to allow 90 minutes to give us the freedom to continue exploring, if that feels good in the moment.

How is this different to therapy?

Talk therapy is often focused on the beautiful mind and working our way through things with its help. Embodiment Coaching centres on the felt senses in the body here, today. So while the senses may present things that relate to the past, we focus on what’s present now, and how you’d like to move into the future. Therapy and Coaching can be complementary.
