What might be possible…
…if you put your pleasure, ease and joy first?
…if you recalibrated your North Star to joy?
…if you finally allowed yourself to not only want what you want, but to pursue it?
Let’s play and find out.
Beauty, walk with me while I share a story…
Last year, there was a period where I felt like I was drowning.
Money. Work. Relationships.
There was a lot going wrong, and I wound up feeling depressed and broken. I felt like I was underwater and there was something dragging me down that I couldn’t shake.
It felt heavy, dark and bloody confusing. And what was worse, I felt like I should be able to figure this out on my own.
You know that feeling when things don’t feel right but you can’t yet see a pathway out?
You’re not even sure what needs fixing, let alone which way to look to move forward.
It was all I could do to take one breath at a time, one tiny step at a time to move through it.
Then, at a a time that felt like all I could manage to do was the bare minimum, it was the tiniest of things that became my miracle.
The sun on my face as I ate my breakfast.
The weight and beauty of a gorgeous hardcover book in my hands.
Savouring the simplest of foods that brought energy to my body.
I began to notice that the most innocent of moments were infusing my day with a vitality that was keeping me going.
Little moments of pure pleasure became my lifeline, and eventually the stepping stones back to a life that felt more alive, and more joyful than before.
Pleasure and simple joys became the medicine that I couldn’t un-see.
Over time I created a list in my Notes app, pulling together those things that brought me life… for future reference, yes, but mostly as tangible proof to myself that there is real power in simple moments.
Not transitory, surface-level, junk-food pleasure.
But deep, soul-feeding, life-giving pleasure.
And, contra to the underlying assumption many of us live by, I realised that pleasure – feeling good – is not a luxury.
Pleasure is a non-negotiable part of creating a life you’ll be glad - no, grateful - to have lived.
Those moments of joy, ease and pleasure are not the reward for a hard job completed on time.
They are the fuel that powers everything else.
It’s time we put pleasure at the top of our to-do list.
This is your invitation to play with pleasure for 30 days… and get curious about how its medicine may touch your life.
What do you think might happen if you gave yourself permission to focus on feeling good for 30 days?
And you know what those things can lead to?
More magnetism.
Deeper relationships.
More fulfilling work.
Feeling good begets more reasons to feel good. Isn’t that the most beautiful cycle??
And perhaps the most magical part…
It’s entirely unpredictable, the benefits you will receive.
What’s more, when you think about putting feeling good first, you might also bump up against a voice that’s often present, but rarely loud. One that’s so incipient that you don’t often get to have a conversation with it, much less question its authority.
A voice that whispers “putting pleasure first is not practical”.
A sense “that would be selfish”.
Or the classic, “but feeling good only comes after the hard work”.
Take a deep breath and consider for a moment… could I prioritise my own feeling good over everything else?
Could I play with it, just for 30 days?
(Really, take a breath and pause for a moment while you dream… what might you experience?)
First, we get closer to what it means to feel good. What is that unique current of aliveness that animates your whole being? How do you – in your body – experience ease/ pleasure/ beauty?
Here are a few things I’ve noticed when I simply turn towards feeling good:
… slowing down to actually appreciate tiny moments of life
… seeing joy and beauty in the small things
… feeling the power of creating my own ease… for FREE
… focus on the fun things in my business
… a more balanced nervous system
… more softness, less gripping
… easier access to happiness
… a deep sense of wellness
… greater self trust, because putting myself first shows self-love
Introducing
The Pleasure Experiment
30 days of pleasure, beauty and revealing the wisdom of your own body
Come and play with a new way of moving through life.
This isn’t the stereotypical “pleasure” that may spring to mind in the presence of this word.
This is soul-nourishing, nervous-system-restoring enjoyment of everyday moments.
You’re going to dial up your sensitivity to feeling good, refine your own menu of experiences that make you feel alive, and grant yourself permission to put “feel good” at the top of your to-do list.
This is not a 30 day course.
And frankly, it’s not a structured experience.
It’s a space to play, a permission slip to dial up your pleasure, and a place to bathe your nervous system in ease, joy and beauty.
When the idea for this program dropped into my consciousness last year, it was very clearly an experiment.
It wanted to be an experience, a co-creation, and a container that looked like nothing else before it.
It asked me to open a space for women to experience more life, to reconnect with themselves, and to remember the simple joys that create profound meaning.
And it asked me to drop the strategies, structures, and marketing playbooks I’ve learned over the years and embody pleasure in the creation of this very offer!
Its name could never be anything but The Pleasure Experiment.
This will be an experiment for me in its creation as much as it is for you in playing with pleasure. I plan to experiment with this program during the live 30 days, as I experiment with feeling good alongside you.
All that being said, I can’t very well sell a blank page!
So here’s what I know you’ll receive:
A foundational practice to put pleasure firmly on your radar - for these 30 days and beyond
A private Telegram group to share the experience with other humans living this experience with you
Audio drops, through a private podcast feed, to continually recalibrate and walk with you
My 8 minute pleasure practice audio (set aside time, or listen on the go - it’s completely up to you!)
A big, fat, virtual permission slip to put “FEEL GOOD” at the top of your to-do list
Let me be clear: this isn’t a prescribed list of things/ practices/ tasks to add to your overflowing to-do list.
This is an invitation, bathed in optional practices and connection, where you get to decide what feels good - and how deep you’ll go.
I hold the space. I support and celebrate you. You choose your own adventure.
When you sign up, you’ll receive a welcome letter in your inbox, with a link to join the Telegram group and another link to access the private podcast feed that will house the audio drops.
The live 30 days officially begins on July 17. That's my birthday.
Pleasure Guarantee
If there’s one thing I know about humans, it’s that each of us is one of a kind. We’re unpredictable, and we all experience things in our own unique way.
If you’re not happy you joined The Pleasure Experiment in the first 7 days after we begin the live experience, you can have your money back.
This is about my pleasure too – and if you’re not happy, that’s no pleasure for me! We all win, around here.
Hi, I’m Nadee. Nice to meet you.
As a people-pleaser with a corporate marketing career and a practice of honing my productivity and efficiency, I spent a LOT of years believing “feeling good” was 5pm Friday knock off, a glass of wine (or 3) and pimping my planner with stickers and highlighters.
Don’t get me wrong - those things can absolutely initiate pleasure.
But it wasn’t until I jumped off that 9-5 hamster wheel and became a certified feminine embodiment coach that my blinkers came off and I realised there was a whole SPECTRUM of feeling that I hadn’t been paying attention to.
The deep dark, the effervescent bright, and everything in between that holds equal value.
In fact, I started a podcast called Messy Magic that celebrates both the mess and the magic of this one wild and precious life.
Through my studies and development of my own work, I found a flavour of aliveness and life, running deep inside my essence, that was quietly powering my life. And tending to it became my new way of being.
At the risk of using a cliche, this path changed my life.
I won’t pretend that focusing on feeling good makes life peachy and trouble-free.
In fact I work with my clients to feel more of everything - not just the light and breezy.
Because – as much as it might not feel like it at the time – there’s magic in all of it. The darker corners are sometimes the one holding the hidden magic.
Feeling good is not a bandaid that fixes everything and makes it all ok.
But what it does do?
It helps balance your nervous system in times of stress.
It guides you towards the kind of life you actually want to live.
It lightens the dark.
And it provides a filter that makes decisions easier.
That’s why I’ve built a body of work around the feeling, knowing, wise body.
I support my clients by creating a calm space where they feel safe to feel and express their deepest knowings – so they can move towards their desires with precision and power.
Most of my clients these days are women in business, because I want to help power the feminine economy: the emerging system that honours the body, reveres nature, and puts wellbeing at the heart of everything.
So why The Pleasure Experiment?
Truthfully?
I want to see what happens when women come together and encourage each other to simply feel good.
I want to create a safe container for women to connect around what comes up with the question “What if I put feeling good first?”
I want to see what unfolds when we do this, together.
And I want to drop the rules and do it my way.
With a background in conversion copywriting, email marketing and marketing strategy, I’m curious to challenge myself to step away from the playbook and the tried and tested strategies and instead focus on what feels good in my business. It’s a path I’ve been walking for a while but this is the first time I’ve created an offer like this, and I’m so excited to watch it unfold!
If you don’t already know me, you may be wondering who this woman is who’s telling you to put feeling good first, and why you should even listen.
“Nadee has an inviting presence that is compassionate and warm. If you're seeking a Feminine Embodiment Coach to support you to learn to trust the wisdom of your body, I'd highly recommend working with Nadee"
– Jenna Ward, Founder School of Embodied Arts
“Nadee provides a safe and nourishing environment in sessions and really helped me to see some key areas I wanted assistance with. Highly recommend.”
– Katie
“After a period of running away from pleasure and feeling scared of “feeling good before it all gets taken away”, I now practice feeling into experiences of joy in my life. I’ve explored ideas of joy, self acceptance, independence, and trusting others to be kind to me. I wanted to be supported by a coach who genuinely cared about me. I wanted to be supported by a coach would support me in trusting myself. Nadee was that for me. ”
– Nathallie Hughes
“I have loved these sessions! They have guided me and made me look inward for clarity. A safe and fun process. THANK YOU! :-)”
– Lyndall
So if you’ve been feeling tired, confused, and frankly worn down by life, this 30 day program is your invitation to lay down those burdens and see what happens when you allow rest to take priority.
If you know how to feel good, but you also know there’s more that’s waiting to be revealed, this container will help you peel back those layers.
If you’re curious, and something about my words is speaking to you – even if you don’t really know why – this offer is asking you to come play.
If you're willing to pull on the thread and be present with what arrives, this is most definitely for you.
And if you’re unclear about what this even is, but there’s a resonance here that feels a click, an attunement, a “yes this feels right” – please trust that. Some of the best experiences I’ve had have been when I haven’t really known what the outcome would be, but I trusted my inner voice that was whispering “this is for you”.
You don’t need to do every exercise to get value from this program.
Maybe you’ll do the foundational exercise and you’ll feel satiated.
Maybe the prompts I offer will create a new line of inner inquiry you haven’t explored before, and a whole new chapter of life will open.
Maybe you’ll simply bathe in the energy of the container as it emerges, and that will feel enough.
If you say yes, my invitation is to trust yourself the whole way – whatever feels good is the goal.
Don’t worry. I’ll remind you. Again and again ;)
Your questions, answered
-
Honestly? As much as feels good to you. The whole point is to follow your aliveness, and much of what’s available will be woven into what you’re already doing. You can listen to the audios while you’re doing other things, and then apply the practices as you go about your day.
There’ll be an optional morning practice, and you’re always welcome to carve time into your day specifically for pleasure! But the point of this program is to feel good. Obligatory energy is left at the door.

Telegram is where we’ll be connecting as a group, so if you want to join in, you’ll need Telegram. It’s very unobtrusive though, and to be honest it’s prettier and more fun than other messaging apps. Plus it’s built on the premise of data privacy and ownership, which is one of the reasons I like it.
If you don’t want to join the group, you don’t need Telegram.

I’m not sure you can fall behind! This is your program to follow as feels good. What’s more, for this founding round of the experiment I’m gifting you the audios to keep, so you can come back to them whenever you like. For future rounds (if there are any!) the ongoing access will probably be available for an upgrade.

Beauty, I’ve got you. You can always email me at hello@nadeeguy.co – or check out my 1-1 coaching services. I love supporting women on a one to one basis.

Lean in, Beauty…
I don’t know about you, but I’ve had it up to here with the parts of our world that tell us we need to be more, buy more, move faster, aim for perfect, and achieve linear growth.
Somewhere along the line we forgot those things are optional.
Scratch that, we didn’t forget.
They were sold to us inside the packaging of convenience, “success”, and the promise of a ‘better life’.
You know what’s not optional?
Life.
Vitality.
Aliveness.
You deserve better than a daily grind filled with obligation and a self-sacrificing agenda.
You deserve better than the belief “I’ll find time for feeling good after all the necessary stuff is done”.
And you sure as hell deserve better than the commercialised model of “pleasure” that says a bubble bath or a massage is the pathway there.
You’re not doing that anymore.
It’s time for soul-deep, spark-awakening, self-LOVING pleasure that ignites your vitality and conjures a glow from deep inside your being.
What balances life’s hard, monotone things?
Ease.
Beauty.
Pleasure.
But no one is going to walk up and tell you to prioritise them. Not in today’s world.
Until now ;)
This 30 days is your permission slip to do exactly that.
I want more women to feel good inside their lives.
I want more women to realise what’s lying quietly inside of them, waiting to be tapped (hint: it’s more life).
And I want us to watch each other rise, so more and more of us are inspired to do the same.
Join the 30 day Pleasure Experiment to see what happens when you put “feel good” at the top of your to-do list.
Open your heart and your mind to a new way of walking through life.
And raise your expectations about how good life gets to feel – for you, in this season, exactly as you are.
